WE ALWAYS WELCOME ENQUIRIES FROM NEW PLAYERS

We always welcome enquiries from players and their parents looking to join us.

If we don't have any available spaces when you enquire, we will - with your permission - keep a note of your details and look to get back to you once a space becomes available, or when a new team is formed.

WHY JOIN US?

There are many reasons to play for Winslow United Junior Football Club:

​

  • We are an FA Charter Standard Community Club, meaning that we are recognised by the FA as being a club that raises the standard of grassroots football.

  • Opportunities to play - our teams play in the Milton Keynes & District Junior Football League. Fixtures are scheduled from September to April, with many teams participating in additional cup games, tournaments and friendly fixtures.

  • Training – our weekly one hour sessions are run by volunteer coaches who are all FA Level 1 and 2 qualified, and fully DBS checked. They aim to be packed full of fun, exercise and development of skills or when your child comes home they should be sweaty and smiling!

  • Progression - our players have the chance to progress all the way to the Winslow United senior team.

  • Awards - All players will receive awards for participation at the end of the season, and further awards are given as decided by managers and the children themselves.

NEW COACHES AND MANAGERS WELCOME

If you have ever considered coaching or managing a junior football team, we would love to hear from you.

New coaches and managers can have their initial FA Qualifications paid for by the club, and we cover the costs of safeguarding checks too.

Winslow United Junior Football Club is run solely by volunteers who kindly give up their time to do everything possible to make sure our cub runs smoothly and safely for all players, parents and supporters.
